ZAB Scheduler Program

The Scheduler is a stand-alone or Network based database program with schedule change & OT tracking abilities, multiple schedules, running count from 6 to mid, Drag & Drop user interface, multi-tiered security, bid/spot leave support, Sign-In and Worksheet printouts, and an OM Monitor/message center.

The OM Monitor (below) allows viewing and all-area messaging. Area specific AL, SL, OT can be monitored, and Leave requests (on mids when Area Supes are unavailable) and messages can also be sent.

The Leave book shows 1 week at a time as far into the future as you care to look.

All Personnel related data entry from Initials to Schedule(s) happens on the Personnel Data window. Multiple schedules can be quickly entered for crew changes, Currency days can be checked for D & R trainees. To remove a Specialist from the “numbers” account illness simply “Disable” their schedule until their return.

Area specific options are set by the MASC (highest security level) on the Specialty Parameters window.
